I found peace with a HJS cat anything else would melt if the car is tuned aggressively

Is it much louder than a standard cat? I don't really want it any louder tbh plus I have heard you loose some power and responsiveness with a decat because there is no back pressure in the exhaust?

Had a sports cat on for over 3 yrs now, almost 30,000 miles. Took it off for a check about 12 months ago and it was in A1 nick.

 

I've had a Janspeed fitted for 8 year now an still going strong. It was already a year old when I bought it .
