Agree re e92 m3 lovely engine but on blighty's roads it's just abit too big. E46 M3 is more fun.

I have been considering selling it and doing another R53 turbo. But I am intrigued with the handling possibilities as it's on rails out the box, like stupidly. Top coilovers and uprated anti roll bar is on the cards :thumbup1:

 

Not tempted by lots more power on this platform ?

Went for a trip down to Cornwall in the GP last week, was flawless on the journey, really good fun on the twisties, got a set of track wheels with Nankang NS2R's in 100 compound which I've put on whilst I swap tires around on the other wheels. I'm really starting to like this car, and will be booking it in for a Manic stage 2 once the coilovers get done under warranty

Very nice, love the wheels. Being picky, don't like the red bits, but I am an old git.

 

So, got a few little cosmetic things getting done at the moment, looking forward to what it comes out like, in the mean time I've managed to get myself a brand new pair of pole positions for a reasonable sum so will get these fitted once I get my car back from MINI once they've replaced the coilovers all round under warranty. Managed to fit my plate also

 

Fitted my colour coded grille surround today, am really liking this car with the warranty coilovers fitted, booked in for stage 2!
