Why is my suspension so dam hard I hit a bump or tiny hole and my spine nearly rips out and how can I fix this no stupid reply’s please

ok, RFT's do make a lot of sense usually realised when one has a puncture 150 miles from home late at night, but for this to get better it's worth considering, so many people acknowledge the cars improve on non RFT's. What car is yours?

ok, then a 55 profile non RFT will help, some normal tyres have a softer sidewall than others, and some are XL (extra load) which isn't always easy to spot if you're just quoted a price, on a faster use car I'd say use an XL but for this issue it will be more comfortable off them, hard to shop for compliant sidewall tyres, but some tyre shops might show you a few, some say the Uniroyal Rainsports are a thinner sidewall for example,
