Anyone recommend a tyre size for a slightly chunky look on my R56, wheels are 16x7 and tyres are currently 195/35/16

205/50-16 is a good chunky tyre on 16x7. It's what I'm running on mine. I had Toyo R1Rs and they were seriously chunky but with Nokian Z Lines now it's a bit less extreme.
Stock fit for 16s is 195/55

New R56s and forgotten how horrendous run flats are so new tyres are the 1st mod. I'm fancying trying AD08Rs but probably only going to be road only for at least a year. Are these a bit overkill? They seem to get good reviews dry and wet.

Looking at 215 45 17 as not lowered so hoping will fill the gap a bit! Will be coilover-ing at some point and know this might cause a bit of rubbng but will worry about that then.

So a year on and never did ditch the runflats ::getcoat::

So.....AD08Rs, 215 45 or 215 40 17s? Coils to follow but won't slam it, standard wheels so et 45 or something. Hoping to track 3-4 a year if makes any odds.

I'd say 45's, most standard 17" wheels are et48 I believe
