charge it for 24hrs on a good charger before condemning any battery, and I'd check test its standing voltage disconnected

I'm more impressed that looking on the battery date it's the original battery March 2006! Been on charge for 10 hours still not past 12.2v. Think it's about due a change!

New battery now on which has improved the power steering and starting is much smoother. Hasn't fixed the ABS tho!

Also picked up some MG Hairpins for a bargain,now to get some none runflats on them. I'm really not keen on the bullet wheels currently on.
