removing the coolant tank fluid

I had to remove/disconnect the coolant expansion tank, set it aside, in order to make room for replacing the stock bov. A lot of coolant fluid was lost as it dripped from the tank. Now that i have replaced the stock dv and installed the expansion tank, i want to know what would the procedure be in order to remove all the remaining coolant fluid and then fill the expansion tank with new!

Actually i was thinking of draining the entire coolant fluid in the system! If im gonna do it, why not do it the right way? ;)
Any clues on that?
thanx Astroboy, although i must say that i got discouraged by the fact that i have to lean down under the car and literally do a lot of stuff! To be frank, i thought it was much easier! damn!

You mean you were put off that you had to do work and get dirty?
Not work in general but that kind of work yes (dirty, splashed with antifreeze, lean under having no room to fit (u see i can't lift the car) etc.)
Also the PelicanParts tutorial i think concerns a 1st Gen Mini... right?
