Hi all,

I've fitted a GP2 rear seat delete to my 2010 R56. However, I have the sensors which go to the rear belt buckles in the center. If I disconnect this, an airbag warning light shows on the dash when starting the car, if you re-connect it, it goes back to normal.

I've been searching for a while trying to find out what resistor I need to stop the airbag light but I cannot for the life of me find a thread! (This is the closest I got: r56 rear seatbelt delete)

I've be told that this cannot be coded out and will need a resistor in place to bypass.

So... Does anyone happen to know what resistor I would need for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

TIA
George

I dont know how but its definitely possible.
My tuner disabled them remotely with INPA(i think noto sure).
I removed all the rear seats/sensor and ive added the gp 2 rear delete seat.
next day he did it

Just to round this post off, I ended up just buying a used buckle with the wiring and ripped the electronics out. It turned out they weren't much bigger than a fused resistor anyway so easy enough to stash somewhere. Cost me £10 off eBay.
Thanks for those that gave suggestions (y)
