I found the bilstein b14 way to hard for my everyday driving and am considering the st xa instead: ST XA Gevindundervogn Mini R50

Does anybody have experience with these on a cooper r50?

How can I expect the ride to be; Hard, harsh, soft, nice.

I am ONLY doing everyday driving in a major city and will never go on track with the car.

Any sharing of experience and feedback is appreciated...

If STs are adjustable, you can soften off the dampers, but you'll still have stiff springs. And if you're not leaving the city, you'd probably be better off on those Koni's from the other thread.

or perhaps Tein are also an option for you with adjustable height and rebound, not as harsh as B14 and ok on a road car

I swapped to Tein from B14s, totally different ride, so much better (although mine need the stiffness winding up a bit as they are set a bit too soft at the moment)
