My Pepper White R55 s N14 , évolution in Progress

Bonjour, j'ai une r55s N 14 2009 depuis 10 ans

J'ai commencé les journées sur piste fin 2013, j'utilise la r55 pour tous les jours et 6 ou 7 pistes jour après année (pas pour la compétition)
Avec le k03 Loba270 turbo, c'était un très bon turbo (réactivité) mais pas sur le grand circuit (Le Mans, Magny Cours)
J'ai testé après un k04 Mambatek, ce n'est pas une bonne pièce, mauvaise réactivité, déformation de l'axe de soupape de la vanne de décharge lors du premier trackday
Après avoir testé un k04 hybride par Hpturbo, de bonnes performances (287ch), mais même problème que Mambatek, je pense que c'est la même origine pour la vanne de décharge

Je veux une bonne configuration avec une bonne fiabilité
Après avoir vu le projet de Thepenl et Arke, j'ai acheté
Collector et 308 gti turbo
Decata 70mm Bastuck
Turbo protection thermique RCZR
308 support de vidage
Garde de bloc
Injecteur GM


My Project is in progress , modification in progress for the turbo ( new intake wheel)

Has anyone gone belt and braces with Darton sleeves and a CSS ?
The Darton sleeves have a CSS cast into the top of the cylinder. You could fill the block with concrete and go drag racing I suppose...

I measured the ovalisation of the 4 cylinder : same value before block guard installation ( 0.02 to 0.04mm )

Here's some info that came with my CP pistons. Note their ring limits for out-of-round is 0.0002" while your 0.02mm converts to 0.00078". Not much difference, but expect a bit longer when seating them, IF they can be seated.

The Facom socket ref is J.3/8 or J.3/8LA
It s a detail for the US , not in France.....

Comparison actual turbo VS my last turbo ( k04 hybrid by hp turbo , k03 hybrid Loba)

The loba was the best vs Hpturbo , not for the power or torque, but good reactivity

The sensation with the 308 turbo are good

Hello , I have a problem of rpm stability during the first engine start at cold

Displacement waste gate axis open/close/open/.....
Bad cold started....

And no problem at hot...

I changed the coils .... , double checked the chain ajustement , .... I don t see why...
