Cams modifiés par des caméras Boudis ou une Catcams? Ou des cames de stock?

I had 0.04mm max in December..... I don t understand .... before block guard installation

I will receipt my CP piston next week...

First solution :
-disassembly engine and machining to 77.5mm
-sell my new piston (77mm)

2nd : disassembly bloc guard
-i try : impossible

Last solution: cut the bloc guard for decrease the constraint

When I looked into installing a cylinder support system then they installed the brace first then machined the cylinders to account for any deformation caused by the brace. Is it the brace installation that's causing some of the deformation?

An Installation of a block guard like this definitely deforms the Zylinders.

An Installation of a closed deck isn't possible at stock Diameter. You can't correct the diameter.

My question is why you installed it at all?

The better solution would have been a rebore. You're defeating the point of the brace if you cut it to relive the pressure on the cylinder liner...

get a better CSS solution imo, all the gaps around that one are preventing it from functioning optimally surely....

Here's "before" and "after" pics of my CSS installation --- the "before" block was scrapped. Note this CSS was installed and then block surfaced was "skimmed" to make it all one smooth surface. I also chose to use 77.5mm pistons, so a rebore was already in the plan.

Looks like your CSS is mounted below block surface, putting the top of the cylinder wall at risk --- questionable.

I highly recommend you do a rebore to 77.5mm. Altho, if your oval's largest diameter is still within cylinder specs, you might be able to get them all re-bored to 77.0Xmm (max spec diameter), then not have to buy another set of new pistons. Altho, if Arke is correct, an oversize rebore might be the only solution.

The copper ring is for an improved gasket seal and pistons are 9.0:1 CR.

après avoir coupé le garde-bloc (pas de déformation plastique sur ce cylindre)
I will continue next week end , I hope have this result on the other cylinder

You avoid a cracked cylinder by not having any detonation/superknock.
