Super Cooper R53 Cup

What is worth renewing? PAS/Water Pump/Steering rack etc

Anything worth modifying (not suspension etc) i mean little mods like airflow, body strength etc..

PAS pump problem, worth wiring the PAS cooler onto a permanent live? Or making some ducting?

Where is best to take a feed for a oil pressure gauge, water temp gauge and boost gauge?

Any mods for durability or to make it quicker to service / remove the engine etc?

Rules are restricted... Only mod is pulley, cooler and map on the ECU, suspension brakes and cage

I meant more like removing the AC and cooler inside, removing the symposer pipe, any tips on removing the safety things, air bags and alarm systems. Body weak points or access panels to make things easier to maintain etc


Only one I have come up with so far is changing the bolt on the charger tensioner so I can quickly and more accurately pivot the tool of it.

We have raced in classic Minis for 11 years and know them inside out, the new Bini is a little different!
