It depends what your after, an ideal world would be something like KW V2's with camber plates and rear control arms and front lower wishbone bushes, circa 1200 if bought and self fitted, 1400 ish fitted by someone.

Meister R's represent the best all in one not to expensive option, adjustable dampers, camber plates included and loadable springs, £650 ish. Cobra EVO3's and KW Clubsports are the upper end of the scale on this are £1500-1700 not inc fitting

APs / KW V1's are the comfort option but are cheaper @ £480 ish but do not have camber plates or adjustable dampers, only height adjust. Bilstein PSS are similar but with more performance dampening in mind and are accordingly stiffer, but the same spec as the above.

From my experience I have always preferred adjustable dampers, for under £1k your always going to have a compromise one way or another, no matter what set up you have you need to budget to have it set up correctly, too many folk on here have fitted things and bitched about how they preform because they did not let a suspension specialist set them up.
