I'd say it's either the lower alternator bolt or one if the supercharger bolts.
Looking at the discoloured section, my preferred guess would be alternator!

I've got a spare bolt i dont know where belongs
Hey guys. So i just bought myself an 2003 r53, it was partially dismantled when i got it since the alternator got faulty for the previous owner and he dismantled the supercharger for service too.
I have put most of it back together and now i have a spare bolt..
The bolt says ESKA 88 on the head, its 100mm long and the head is 13mm.
If someone knows where this belongs i would be so happy to hear about it!

Sorry, air con pump is what I meant, not alternator
we got a winner! thank u so much for solving that puzzle for me. got the car together now and took it for a spin, runs great
