Is Dashcommand (OBDII software) worth the money?

Dashcommand has been massively reduced in price recently. Last time I looked it was about £36 or something....it's now £6.99.
Is it worth getting?
I have a 2007 Mini Cooper S.
What can be checked with this.....is it possible to check the fuel pressure to see if you have the common HPFP issue?
