Are you sure you cant keep up with a Lambo?!
I will admit I was surprised myselfin both example 1 and 2 i'm finding it hard to believe, but i'll give you benefit of the doubt.
Lucky the example 1 was'nt the diesel version, on the go it would have left you in soot.
Also RS4, definately a previous shape RS4, could it have been an S4. As the RS4 should and would poop you in those increments.
Actually the old B5 S4 in biturbo was 261 Bhp and the B5 RS4 in bi turbo was 375 mate. Your thinking of the latter V8 version.A lot of people confuse the old S4 with an RS4 the S4 is as follows:
S4 quattro 339 bhp & 1660 kg (204 Bhp/tonne)
Mini 240bhp & 1200 kg (200 Bhp/tonne)...![]()
Oh ok that sorts it all out.I will admit I was surprised myself
The 335i is my neighbours - he isn't the worlds best driver but he did say 'I wasn't going to be beaten by a mini' so assume he was going for it.
RS4 - R plate estate with RS4 badge on the back swollen arches etc (apologies if that is a previous previous version, I don't study audi model history) - I was shocked actually, this guy drives like a nutter - the uphill drag he overtook me when I slowed for traffic.
We have met on another occasion through the twisties and he wasn't pulling away - the way he was sliding in the corners told me he was going for it though. Obviously I don't know the state of tune of said car but the point was that I realise mine is not down on power as it should have not kept up.
Mate on sale from 2000 only, demos and release was very late on 1999.
Very true but what a lot of people forget is the drivetrain loss also. BHP/Ton, Lbft/Ton and drivetrain losses all need to be weighed upA lot of people confuse the old S4 with an RS4 the S4 is as follows:
