If you do a complete rewire then yes it can come out.
HK amp clarification
Hi all,
About to buy an R52, probably with a HK system. I'll almost certainly be upgrading the complete system, new HU, speakers, sub and amp.
Do I have to leave the HK amp in place? Or can I unplug it and remove it completely?
I have done a lot of reading, so I'm 99% sorted, but I haven't yet seen a definitive yes or no to this question, so all help gratefully received!

Brilliant, thank you. Any fault codes or flashing lights to worry about?If you do a complete rewire then yes it can come out.
Also, does anyone have any build logs to recommend regarding R52 installs?
