Hello all. I'm looking to change my headliner to black and have seen a few on eBay but they're non-sunroof liners. Just wondering if it's possible to trim a standard liner to fit around a sunroof?

Probably not.

The other thing is, I'm not sure you can R&R the headliner without pulling the windshield. It won't go out the hatch (too wide).

I've replaced two sunroof trays and dropped the headliner and had to work with it in the car as it is physically too large to remove except via the windshield.

Headliner on the first gen definitely comes out of the hatch. I know because I took mine out to retrim it. I cannot see why the second gen would be different.
