Looking at getting my first car detailing kit as I've alws used what we had available at work. Anyone have any recommendations?

The microfibre pads are actually pretty aggressive, may be worth getting a different pad combo until you are comfortable with the machine and the car you are working on. Especially if you don't have a paint depth gauge

as maffa says das-6 pro is a great starter polisher,go for the chemical guys kit great range of pads from heavy cut to sealant and wax pads

I treated myself to some Auto Finesse stuff last month, really happy with it so far !!! Only thing I didn't pick up was a paint sealer & wax, just using the tripple product for the time being, but will add to my collection :laugh:

I am subscribed to BecauseRacecarBox (find them on instagram) monthly subscription boxes filled with all sorts of cleaning bits. I have three boxes now, and more cleaning stuff than I can deal with haha.
