Lighter true side exit complete system engine back, similar (4.1) manifold, heavy duty flexi (dual pipe plus braid), 200cpi sport cat, V band connect for quick release, poly style mount, safety strap/wire behind sill at exit in case of mount failure/offs etc so pipe is caught, Exits 'through' side sill trim with long oval style. Below most noise limits if not all, sub 100db static on a 270-280hp engine 100% (Est 95-97), exits either side if required, can suit drive by noise sensor location.
Only full system planned initially.
Will be ~Milltek full system or below as a guide, expect ~£960

Ok, since the demise of Manic the options for a stage 2 on the old girl has somewhat diminished
So far i have either Evolve or one of the generic providers. After speaking to someone at Evolve it appears they couldn't be arsed with it, and didn't exactly fill me with confidence or enthusiasm...
I have an R53 JCS - 2003, with uprated intercooler, Itg air filter, Denso irridium ik22 plugs, Kavs 17% reduced pulley and Bluefin stage 2 map.
I am looking at fitting some 380cc JCW injectors, currently has stock JCS 340cc injectors fitted, will these be ok without any other sort of map.
Hey guys, does anyone run a custom oil cooler? My oil temps via obd2 are pretty high, especially when sat in traffic often going to 105+. Thinking about adding a bigger oil cooler but haven’t seen any for the r56. Have seen some for the r50/53 only.
Any suggestions welcomed.
