Direnza cat back exhaust

My original exhaust on my R53 Mini Cooper S had the usual rot, so I started looking at an aftermarket replacement.

Looked at all the normal performance options, and being a tight git, thought they seemed a lot of money. Looking on EBay I stumbled across the Direnza.

For the money (£285) I thought it's gotta be the normal Chinese crap!

Anyway I read a few mixed reviews but thought I'd chance it.

Upon delivery I was surprised with the initial quality, especially the welding.

Today I got it fitted, only took an hour and the guy found it straightforward without any issues fitting.

Obviously I drove it like I stole it on the way home to see what it was like.

First impressions are very good. It's not load but is def more throaty, and now get pops and bangs:thumbup1:

Time will tell how well the metalwork holds up but so far as a budget exhaust it seems excellent value, cue the HOBO haters:wink:

It is Chinese though, but great if you're happy with it for the money
