Difference between W10 and W11 Valve Cover?

So I am in need of a new valve cover for my mini. Other than the PCV valve is there a difference between the W10 and W11 Valve Cover and would it work interchangeably?

Purely out of curiosity, these cars were made by the bushel, nothing much is in short supply. Is there any particular reason you wouldn't just buy the right valve cover?

Cylinder head cover ? They are the same for R50/R53

A new OEM cover is $400 which is a lot of money. Unfortunately in the States I haven't been able to find many used ones.
