(3) Persons who derive any taxable income form the sale, manufacture and or distribution of aftermarket automotive parts. (4) Persons deemed to be responsible for the sale, manufacture & or distribution of OEM automotive equipment, parts, automobiles, their staff & anyone connected with the business.
