Alright guys,

When replacing my rear shocks I noticed that the B4 replacement has a flat/square finish at the tube tip whereas the OEM ones are tapered and utilize a tapered washer. Is this washer not needed with the B4?

Cheers

Confirmed as not essential, aslong as the shocker tube does not pass through the strut top mounting hole. Which is good as thats the assumption I made when building them :D

Just an update here, the supplied washer is to sit on top of the bumpstop. It is not to sit on top of the mounting. Still having issues with mine even built up correctly, tried two different types of top mounting bushes also. No luck.

Anybody else had issues?
