Dunno, I’m having an issue with photobucket this afternoon, it’s not just this forum that’s playing up

it happens now and again where if I try to upload pics on a public WiFi network and it fails when I get home and retry it on my home network it will continue to fail a number of times before eventually uploading about 5 copies of the same picture!

I think it's the site, they've cut our photo posting to 20mb even as MT+ which is a piss take, I can't even load one picture now as a full size image which is what I've always done.

I link externally to my photobucket site so it shouldn’t be effected by the site limits, I still can’t upload this morning

Yep I can see those pics!

as you can see COB has been very busy with my car, recon gearbox fitted, thorough cleaning of the engine, you can also see the crap that was left blocking the coolant pipes despite a couple of weeks back it having had a new radiator and heater matrix fitted and the company in question charging me for what turns out was when the water was tested was practically non existent coolant and them cleaning the pipes (that is now being investigated by them)

move been getting daily updates from COB to the work done and have a photographic record too so when I go back to him in a few monthshe can see exactly where any new leaks may have occurred

I’m sure COB can give better details of work done if anyone has any technical questions

I posted for help with photo's on the site thread, it wouldn't even let me post one earlier.

I thought I'd get a quick fifty in before the site has another mood swing ;O)

Hope everyone had a good Christmas, picked the cooper up from Sean on Christmas Eve and dropped the convertible with him for a once over, nothing much wrong with that one as far as I know!

as for the cooper it’s back in great condition, clutch feels good now, got to get used to it as I have stalled it a few times as the bite is so good compared to before

the Engine looks like a new lump as it has been properly cleaned and degreased top to bottom, the intercooler fits nicely (ie properly) now, new engine mounts top and bottom, the car feels so much tighter than before, just wished I’d have taken it to Sean before!

ill Try and get some pics of the clean engine but photobucket is still not working for me to upload them

Don’t get me wrong the car came back a lot better from them but I’ve been billed for stuff that quite simply isn’t up to scratch which I’m not happy about

diagnosing the lack of heating as needing a new radiator and heater matrix, not denying it didn’t need them but charging me for coolant, ‘cleaning of pipes’ and fitting etc only to discover the Pipes were still blocked to the thermostat as was the heat exchange and the drained coolant was tested as being 40% strength is what I’m not happy about

there are a few other issues regarding other work I want to discuss with them too but I’m not willing to discuss it yet on an open forum until I’ve spoken to them to see what they recon
