ARC Intercooler for R55/56/57 MINI Cooper S

The ARC intercooler for the R55/56/57 models is again a direct replacement for the stock unit & due to the inner cores provides better cooling.




ARC Turbo Heatshield

The Turbo heatshield is designed to minimise heat damage done to the bonnet of your R55/56/57 by the turbocharger, the heatshield has a special "glass cloth" on the underside which helps to absorb heat given off from the turbo whilst driving & keeps it away from the turbo preventing any heat damage, the also looks good in the engine bay & help tidy it up a little. These heatshields are availiable in a mirror finish or a titanium finish.

ARC Titanium Strut Brace

The ARC strut brace helps to improve the chassis stiffness of your car as well as brightening up your engine bay.




ARC Titanium Exhaust

The ARC exhaust is an oval design & the tip is finished in titanium, this is a direct replacement for your stock exhaust & will also fit cars with JCW aero kits no problem.

ARC Titanium Ariel

Basically does what it says on the tin this is a replacement for the stock ariel, it can be made shorter than the stock ariel or if you prefer you can have it the same as stock height.




ARC Oil Cooling Fin

The Oil Cooling fin works in a similar way to a turbo heatshield but for your oil pan on the underside of the car the cooling fin panel absorbs the heat given off from the oil pan keeping your oil at a slightly lower temperature. The cooling fin comes in 3 colours blue, silver & black.
