what's in a lifter?

all lifters cleaned, compressed old oil out, washed out, freedom of movement checked, all the same feel etc, soaked in oil with followers, rollers checked, clips checked, ready to lube head and install.

cams in, chain set in, original Vanos cleaned up and re-used,

aftermarket timing and OEM,

timed

inlet manifold and loom

time for new plugs😂

cover on,

exhaust manifold on, engine hung....

all codes cleared off, general adaptions reset, Vanos adaption reset....

Things to address, OSR brake binding, front side lights not working, front headlamp level sensor code stored, and I think it may have a sticking Vanos solenoid intermittently, I'll swap that later on, then get it MOT'd hopefully along with an AC recharge, clean it up a bit, and get it a new home.... drives nice enough.

Next is this 27,000 mile car also for sale.... soon.
