Contemplating selling my 2012 C350 CDi AMG Sport estate.
Had it since Sept 2021 and absolutely love the thing. However I've decided I could use something bigger and a little more sensible (i.e. not quite so fast!) as family wheels so it is probably going to go. Not desperate to sell but if someone is keen and makes me the right offer I will let it go.
Is a beautiful example - late-2012 registered (27/12/12 at MB Gatwick) with same 1st owner for 9 years until March 2021, was owned by another chap just for a few months locally before finding its way to a local used dealers where we found it. The chap at the dealers liked the car so much that he ran it as his sole personal transport for the short while he had it for sale. Im very fussy (as those that know me on here are very much aware!) and it really stood out on spec and condition.
Very high optional specification (c. £6.5k) including:
Magnetite Black metallic paint (rare and far nicer IMHO than Obsidian/flat Black)
18" AMG 5-twin spoke alloys
Memory package (memory driver and passenger seats/steering column/door mirrors, 4-way electric lumbar)
Full Black leather (not Artico)
Heated front seats
Comand APS Sat-Nav with single CD/DVD drive
Privacy glass
Storage pack (glasses holder above drivers seat, storage nets in front passenger and rear footwells)
117k miles, Full History (10 stamps - 7 x MB Main dealer, 2 x specialist, 1 x independent) - backed up by digital history printouts, duplicate dealer-stamped service book and invoices.
Bodywork wise bar some normal stone chipping theres next to no marks on it. It has OEM mud flaps fitted which has helped. Interior much the same, just very tidy for a 10 year old car.
Inside it has the OEM AMG carpet mats front and rear, it also has been fitted with a custom boot liner with a plastic tray (so the boot is unmarked).
Since Ive had the car its had:
A full Service A, using genuine MB parts, including a new dipstick (noticed the plastic tip of the original had begun to split from all the heat cycles) and set of front wiper blades (Oct 21/c. 3.5k miles ago).
New genuine rear door lower chrome trims (end caps were broken on the originals - same time as above service).
4 x MO rated Pirelli P Zero tyres (late Nov 2021/c. 3k miles ago).
MOT'd Dec 2021 with no advisories (expires 27/12/22).
All books, factory provenance/build certificate, 2 perfect working IR Keys, MB genuine first aid kit and a stack of invoices proving the maintenance. Even a full bottle of Mobil 3000 5w30 MB spec oil top up in the boot.
I am also planning to get the wheels dipped and powder coated by Lepsons in MB OEM 7756 Himalaya Grey metallic with matching OEM centres. I'd get this done for the asking price prior to sale, otherwise I'd be prepared to take 10250 for the car as is.
Car is an absolute rocketship (265hp/457 lb/ft torque) and will return 40+ mpg on a run, also quite rare, both in numbers (only 2 2012 C350 CDi AMG Sport estates for sale nationally on AutoTrader currently) and its particular all-round condition/provenance.
