Basically will 17" x 7.5J ET40 with 15mm spacers fit comfortably on my R53?
I'm hoping to get a bit of a wider look but as of yet I'm not planning to lower her... Yet

Well, after some thinking and a few mods I've started modifying my '06 JCW R53.
Big mods started some weeks ago when I ordered the 4-2-1 with 100 cells cat to Mini Motorsport UK. I also got the 225hp remap soon to fit a camshaft. Hope to get after that around 235-240hp.

Shall be fitting a Dave F this weekend (yes replacing the Alta:cursing:) Quick question, I take it I will have to refit the plastics engine bay/bulkhead divider, but will i have to cut a hole in it to provide direct flow into the back of the Dave F or does the OE hole do the job?
Got a new BPV which i'm looking to fit at the weekend. Looks fairly simple in principle but maybe a bit of a ball ache to get to?

I have been thinking for a while about fitting a strut brace and eventually settled on an M7 due to the protection it offers to the strut tops. Well I was gobsmacked at how much my nearside strut top had mushroomed upwards. The offside was okay - yes most potholes are at the edge of the road...
