Am I safe to assume it doesn't get tracked?

If you like how it rides now, get your dampers serviced, and spend the extra on adjustable top mounts, rear control arms, and a really good setup.

KW Clubsports are nice. At 80N/mm they are a smidge more firmly sprung than what'll be on your GP2 now, which I remember being about 70N/mm. They'll have inherently firmer damping that what you have now too but KW damper tech is pretty sophisticated and they can be quite supple if set up correctly. You could always order them with different spring rates even... Stainless coating, adjustable topmounts.

CLubsports (they are over priced, but they do kinda just work) or Ohlins DFV, Ohlins if your not bothered about tracking it more than once in a blue moon.
sometimes (most of the time) I sit back and I think to myself, fucking MINI's...

If you are looking at something for road, but a high end 1 way damper, AST can deliver a specific road setup rather that the off the shelf options mentioned above. Same hardware as the full race items, but with road shim, piston and spring setup.
