Orranje Exhaust Manifold De-Cat & Cat

Orranje are proud to announce their brand new 4-2-1 exhaust manifold for the 1st Generation MINI - R50, R52 and R53.

In collaboration with Scorpion Exhausts and hand built in England, Orranje have helped to develop a 4-2-1 exhaust manifold, with interchangeable 2 " (63.5mm) de-cat pipe and high flow sports catalyst, allowing you to quickly change between a track and road setup.

As with all Scorpion Exhausts, the manifold and pipes are covered by an 'original purchaser lifetime anti-corrosion and manufacturing defect warranty', and the high flow sports catalyst is covered by their 2 year warranty. The high flow sports catalyst is the same as Scorpion Exhausts use in their F56 MINI, S3, Focus RS and Golf 7R manifolds, so unlike other manufacturers, they do not have a limit to the power they can handle.

As an introductory offer, we are offering 20% discount off the RRP!

    De-cat PipeSMNC0139576
    Cat PipeSMNX013305244

As an optional extra, we can also include 3 genuine BMW MINI gaskets - 1 x Manifold Gasket, 2 x Flange Gasket.

Please note that we have a limited number of 10 x manifolds, 10 x de-cat pipes, and 2 x cat pipes on the shelf, with a lead time of approx 4-5 weeks for more to be made. If you purchase a manifold, de-cat pipe and cat pipe together, but we have run out of cat pipes, then we will be happy to send the manifold and de-cat out to you, and the cat pipe at a later date.

can you arrange for a third 1" sensor port just after the first lambda port? and the second lambda port to be square to the pipe/s if required? guaranteed to fit with either OE or JCW system without fettling?

We have already included a third port (forgot to mention that), just after the first. See photo attached.

The manifold has been made to fit with a standard system.

Selling fast! Decat is the popular choice (obviously ) but we now only have 1 cat pipe left.

The third bung from your picture, looks to be at the bottom of the pipe? This will be no good for the wideband sensors, they need to be between 10 & 2 position if not vertical for longevity, also a 1" bung is required, at least with Innovate so can you change?
