    I think that's engine oil looking at the drips formed on the lowest parts of the coolant pipes but the engine is pretty wet and it's quite likely leak/s could be masked by it. Hard to say where 2 litres went looking at that, the only way you're going to tell is by cleaning that lot off. I would pay attention to the oil filter area because that's the part you just changed so the filter cap seal can be leaking as they get caught sometimes when tightening, but also the housing can crack or just the housing seals go or heat exchanger seals too. Can't say over rear main looking at those pics but possible as it is wet but could have run down from sump gasket or crank sensor 'O' ring.

    Thanks for that will try and get it on a ramp so I can get some of the oil off and maybe see where it is leaking from
