I'd be interested in seeing a dyno plot from a bluefin'd car. It used to be said the maps weren't brilliant (being polite) but yours is clearly working ok

Looks great in black, would be even better with some lows.

There was one at the dyno day I went to recently. Car was a pre-fl with 17%, hobo intake, intercooler and exhaust I think. Went from 199.9 to 204 I think, at the flywheel. Tuners there said the graph looked good, fuelling was fine, but only a 5hp gain.

Haha, looks like someone wanted reams and reams appreciation for his 15yr old hatchback with the roof cut off....

That sort of comment only cements the belief that this forum isn't worth bothering with. Not very helpful.

the forum is the most active of late Mini forums excluding facebook groups, this is just mainly tuning or build based which is ok, just click the 'new posts' and even daily you'll see there's a bit going on, no need to take offense at one thread getting a slow or poor response, add to it yourself and others will likely do so, maybe on the back of said button...

Mini2 is slow in comparison to here with little tuning conversation and sometimes questions being little better than those asked on fb groups, it can be ok sometimes.

as far as bluefin and dyno's are concerned or other spurious generic or hacked map versions, the dyno only looks at power and torque plus only sometimes fuelling, it doesn't look at the map which could have other warning flags which is why a custom map carried out utilising a dyno or wide band on the road (just bar the final numbers) is a whole load better than others. A dyno operator saying it's 'fine' means little really if the two types of tuned car on the same dyno look identical on a graph but if in the map were concerning, you don't get to see that, and it doesn't follow that such concerns would always be reflected on a dyno graph trace, even before smoothing.
