odd what were options - xenons were an option for mkV golfs which were rarely added as it was expensive....

then again most things are optional on BMW / MINIs...

I think in the Premier, it was a no cost option! But the owner despec'd it as it added weight!

Thanks Dan , nice to hear you like it!!!

A little update, I fitted my new new knob yesterday as my last one was scratched up. Nothing worse than a scratched up knob.......!!!

Thanks Mat , want to get it looking mint first and then add A/C. After that my plans are:

- Fast Road Setup with 30mm Drop
- Gruppe M CAI
- Spoon N1
- Hondata Kpro
- Quaife LSD

I can confirm that the GruppeM sounds if not as good, better than the induction sound which comes from the CSL. And my sister’s Boyfriend has a CSL for me to compare the two noises against.

Anyway another small little modification this evening a Break Stopper,

What do they do??

"Due to the high forces exerted against the bulkhead under braking, the Break Stopper Master Cylinder Stopper bolts upto the end of the master cylinder and vastly reduces bulkhead flex which in turn leads to a better brake feel. This product should be used in conjunction with braided brake hoses and good quality fluid"

Havent really put it to the test yet, but an interesting little mod for £20.00.
