Personally think the Alta V2 is the best purely for the way it fits to the supercharge shaft, as not keen on the the way the old Alta V1 and M7 one fits.

I was originally going to get the M7 one myself due to its improovments over the Alta V1, then the Alta V2 came out with the same mods as the M7 but IMO a better fitment.

Having said that, Jan of RMW doesn't like the way it fits and says the M7 and Alta V1 fitment is better

EIther way Alta V2 and M7 your laughing, so it depends what size pulley you want

To be honest the 16% is a good compromise and a good price (see Full On Motor Sport )

Thanks for your input Damo. How is the fitment different?

I must admit I always assumed that I would get an Alta pulley but its always worth seeing what else is out there. There is a lot of discussion regarding the 15% or 17% option so thought, as you also point out, that the 16% is a nice compromise.... I think Im leaning towards the 16%.

If you go on to Alta's website there is a video on how the V2 is fitted and it shows the fitment.

Hard to describe but the Alta V1 and M7 use 4 screws to press on a cirular plate that grips the supercharger shaft. IMO this is using a force in one direction to grip an altogether different direction.
