installed the orciari vents 2 days ago....yeah yeah...wheels n steering wheel next

took a jig saw to my jcw box and removed th panel behind. seems to have made a nice difference.

The whole panel?

If it doesnt add a negative to performance I would be keen to do this. I never got the backing plate with my jcw airbox and needed to cut a hole to match the hole in the jcw box. The hole I cut was just a bit too big and it eats up the tube from the box.

Sy, didn't you just fancy removing a couple of screws then the panel

Removing the plastic bulk head definitely increases the supercharge whine

I have done three mods in the last few days. First I installed the GP rear trim, then I Modified my Alta IC diverter, then I just finished installing a Scangauge2.
