Ah... long story mate!
Decided I was only doing it to make my car more "R53 like" so figured I'd be better of calling it a day with the R56 and going back to my roots!

Think your right about the r53, theres just something about it. Really miss mine, would like to have one aswell as the golf, maybe in a few years or if i get a job where jaw works

If you get a JCW then forget the Alta CAI just stick an ITG filter in
Next A Janspeed manifold with cat and a Newman/Nitrostick cam and a remap
These mods will get you alot further for similar money
