Any one work for Sky....or have the know how?

Basically, I have sky in my lounge, and i have just brought a new tv for the bedroom. Whats the best way to have my sky work up and downstairs?

It doesn't involve a welding,tuning,bodywork,pistons and rods so im stuck.

Any help is great.
