My engine mounts are on the way out according to the garage who looked at my car recently. I can either just say to the garage - fine, replace with OEM (sounded like they thought there were 3 parts, £40 ish each) or get the replacement bits myself - better, and possibly for less...

So... The BSA lower engine mount is good, but a bit too expensive for me.

The alternative is Superflex bushes, but which ones? Top / bottom / gearbox? (Mine is a facelift car)

For lower we have:
SuperFlex: Advanced polyurethane suspension bushes
SuperFlex: Advanced polyurethane suspension bushes

For upper we have:
SuperFlex: Advanced polyurethane suspension bushes
SuperFlex: Advanced polyurethane suspension bushes
SuperFlex: Advanced polyurethane suspension bushes

For gearbox we have:
SuperFlex: Advanced polyurethane suspension bushes
SuperFlex: Advanced polyurethane suspension bushes

Are all of these needed / a good idea? On a forum search I also found people saying avoid polybushing the upper mount as that can increase vibrations. If that's the case - is it possible to find OEM style upper bushes rather than the whole mount shebang from BMW? I'm also aware that facelift cars are different to the pre-facelift ones - not sure how this affects the upper mount choices.

Any and all advice very much appreciated!!

Let's hope Alta do better with this than the UniChip! They appear to have access to more maps within the ECU than anyone else and can even program the sport button to run higher power/boost.
