The problem is, they stay lit when the lights and car are all off, not as bright as when the lights are on but, they are on but just a little dimmer  .

Is there a way around this?
Cheers, Paul.

Hi all,
Got a 2006 R53 a week ago and cannot stop driving it. Bought it from a Mini dealership so it has a 12 month warranty which I think will curb the modding itch but I am already looking at a Playmini exhaust and induction mod!
The car is a red S with white roof and bonnet stripes and bullet 17" alloys. It has the vision pack so has xenon lamps etc. Not really sure on the xtras packs but it seems pretty well spec'ed.
Part exed our Astra CDTI 150 and wow what a difference. The Coop feels so much more solid and involving to drive. My Dad had 2 original Minis when I was young and I drove the second one occasionally (a 1000cc with Cooper head/cams). It's weird how the new Mini occasionally gives the sensation that you are driving an old classic Mini.
Looking forward to chewing the fat and comparing mods (when the warranty runs out!)
