Guys I have asked Dave (*********) to give my car a health check next week. He will record temperatures and other "stuff" to see if the car is working within acceptable safe parameters.

I or Dave will report back with the findings next week.

Maybe the reason that I do not have any problems is that I do not drive for prolonged periods over 5,000 revs. IMHO, the BBR 220 conversion is a great fast road car conversion, it was never designed to be a track conversion where prolonged high rev (5,000 rpm +) driving is a normal.

If I am leaking boost or not generating full boost then I dread to think just how fast my car should be....
